National Water Day!

I arrived to find a water bottle on my desk with a note about forming "the water habit" and the benefits of water. Thought I might pass those on....

Forming a Water Habit
How much water? Best is to form a routine: drink a glass when you wake up, one with a meal, one between meals, and be sure to drink before, during and after exercise. Try to keep from getting thristy.
Carry a bottle with you where ever you go!
Set a reminder every hour to not forget to drink.
Substitude for another beverage when out.
Filter your tap water for the bottled water taste.
Drink before, during and after a workout.
Track it! Keep a log of how often you drink.
