Horsing around

It's that time of the year.  And thank goodness we have our own horse trailer now!   Which means the only nights we aren't doing something dog, horse or poultry is....next Friday, then the following Thursday, till the end of June.

Muff has been doing more training on Ladybug.  The ever amazing pony is, well, amazing everyone.  She has had her first ride in english attire.  Natural.  Did a barrel pattern last night at the clinic.  Going to concentrate on turns this week but she's just the bee's knees.

And my main man, Rio, is finally sound(for the most part) and will start his new adventures in life.  First it's halter classes.   Which means he's gotta go out in public.  Oh boy.  As nervous as I was about that, he was really an angel.   Loaded right up, came out, little wiggy and I think I'm deaf from all his whinning in my ear.  But overall, not one nasty moment, he investigated it all and I think we are on to something.  After fair, he's headed off to do 30 days and see what we get back from the trainers.

And then there's this...........

Oh boy, talk about princess.  I think this time it's a bus load of puppies.  Hope she makes it to the end of June!

Later gators...
