What do I remember? Potato salad in the green swirl fireking bowl--I have it and right now that bowl is letting a some bread dough rise in it.Painting our fingernails--my brother had to join in so we would do his toenails--heehee, pretty pink too.

Orange slices(the candy ones) in the carnival glass bowl--that's sitting on my buffet and has suckers in it right now.
Fenton Christmas trees-I get them out each year.
A hand painted ceramic Easter egg-it's out right now.
Cherry cordials, the Brach's ones in the box high up in the cupboard
Grape hyacinths and pink peonies.
Rhubarb that Grandpa loved to over fertilize.

Eating beets till I peed pink :)

What I miss the most, knowing you could never pull anything over on Grandma.

Sorry for your loss. I still keep the box of cherry cordials that my mom hadn't eaten yet when she died. Great memories......some of mine are just like yours only a different generation.
Sorry for your loss. Grandmothers are true blessings. I have lots of fond memories of mine, too.

Thinking of you - sorry for your loss, but you have such wonderful memories! I think I'll make a list like that and talk to my grandma about them on my next visit. She doesn't remember them at this point either, but it's a wonderful sentiment.
